The brand
Tion Fashion Lounge is a women's ethnic and fashion boutique in Borivali West, Mumbai, selling kurtis, sarees, lehengas, gowns and party wear under the line "fashion never dies". It sells both in-store and online, taking orders over WhatsApp - so social is the storefront that brings shoppers in.
The brief
A fast-moving fashion retailer needs social that moves just as fast. Every new collection had to become content quickly, look desirable on a real person, and drive a direct enquiry - consistently, all year round, on a boutique budget.
The approach
Founder-led, model-styled
We put the founder at the centre of the content for trust and personality, and brought in a budget-friendly model so every kurti, saree and lehenga could be seen on a real person - the way a shopper imagines wearing it.
30 reels a month
An always-on cadence of around 30 reels a month means shoppers see fresh outfits daily, mixed with fun, trend-aware reels that keep reach and engagement high between drops.
Influencers + Meta ads
Frequent local influencer collabs widened reach into the Mumbai catchment, while Meta ads put the best-performing looks in front of ready-to-buy shoppers and drove the enquiries home.
