The brief
A personalised luxury pen is bought as a meaningful gift, not a commodity. The store had to feel premium and ceremonial, present the collections as keepsakes, and make engraving and personalisation feel effortless rather than fiddly.
The thinking
Maroon and gold for ceremony
We dressed the store in deep maroon and antique gold - the language of heirlooms, awards and gifting. It makes a metal pen feel like a keepsake and gives the Divine collection the reverence it deserves.
Collections as stories
Zodiac and Divine are presented as distinct, curated worlds with room to breathe, so a buyer browses by meaning - their sign, their deity - rather than scrolling an undifferentiated catalogue.
Personalisation up front
'Your pen, your story' leads the experience, with engraving framed as the reason to buy. The customisation path is made simple and confident, turning a gift into something personal.
